About the event
Bring a blanket or chair and a picnic lunch, gather with
family and neighbors, and hear a reading
of the Declaration of Independence. A ceremonial
bell ringing and a display of photos and stories of the
signers bring history to life. The Historical Society will
also be open for tours.
